Welcome to my blog, I think thats a good way to start, ahem
Now that you've spent the precious moments of your internet surfing life to visit this page, Ill explain to you who, what, how, and why this page will do what it does. (unfortunately for the people searching for the best cooking recipes or the deepest darkest guts for me to spill about my life and why i hate it, those blogs can be easily googled, I am sorry to waste your time, but since you're here theres a seat in the back and you've read this far in the paragraph my not get that little feeling of accomplishment one gets when they finnish a book and finnish my post.)
The Why (yeah, thats right, I'm going out of order of my thesis, all you lit majors can email your disgust to me if you feel): see here, blog reader, I love movies a lot, and there are a million blogs out there to tell you about movies they love and why you should see them, but I've found that most of the films I treasure the most aren't present. not saying I'm some insane movie buff who's seen title after title, trust me there are better blogs for that, its just that I intend to share with you my cine-loves and why i love them, and hopefully add to your tastes a dash of hypothetical indian cine-food where there might have just been burgers and cine-fries (i promise i will not "cine" everything on this cineblog) and flavor up your cine-life! (last one i swear) so sit back, open up your netflix queue, and add at least one of my movie love-list and see what Im talking about.
The What: Movies. You're welcome. Just kidding, but seriously, its movies, thats what I'm putting up here, some TV shows too, ones that are skipped over or have just the smallest cult following of me and some pimply-faced dude in Idaho who work at blockbuster and love movies more than girls, but yes movies and T.V. shows (sorry chester or whatever your name is if you're are a pimply-faced dude who works at blockbuster and likes movies more than girls, but seriously, that chick you've got a crush on, just ask her out dude, she gonna say? no? who cares man, get on that, she's just sitting there waiting for you to make a move so do it, you probably like her because she's nice to you anyways, THERES A REASON FOR THAT. maybe she loves movies and you'll have something in common, she's gotta like coffee or tea right? Starbucks, boom, done, first date in the bag, AND PAY FOR HER YOU TOOLBAG, word, and you're welcome.)
The Who: (the who was the first band i saw in concert, let me reminisce for a moment...*humming who are you*...and im back) I am not a cinephile, I don't know every film under Gods great big yellow ball in the sky, and i don't pretend to, Im a wedding photographer, which has nothing to do with anything but thats a little bit about me, what I am is just a person who does love a lot of what he has seen, and would like to share it for you to enjoy (read: Indian cine-food (that one didnt count its a reference to before you cine-pain)).
The How: this will be by far the longest-winded post, I like to keep things short so you actually get the idea to have a movie night with the loved one before the day is over (think bottle of wine (I suggest something easy and cheap a sterling pinot noir '07 if you're new to this), snuggling on a couch, and cheese (sharp cheddar, don't skimp, something classy, I mean come on Chester you did finally get her to hang out with you past Starbucks, treat her like a lady she deserves it) and bread (fresh baked son, you don't put 89 in a Firarri, don't put Wonderbread on the table) ). I'll try to post a photo so you know you've got the right film, and a short description (no spoilers, if you wanna chat about the movie, email me homes) and why I love it. done, easy, simple, and hopefully inspiring.
